How it works
Think of this as branding with a plan. We kick things off with discovery and strategy* to understand your business, move into creative exploration and concept development, then refine your chosen direction into a cohesive brand system you’ll feel confident using everywhere.
*Strategy depth is adjusted based on the scope and needs of your project.
01. Discovery Questionnaire
It all starts with clarity. You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your business, goals, audience and vision. The more honest and thoughtful your answers, the stronger the brand.
02. Strategy Session*
For brands wanting a more collaborative deep dive, we can book a strategy session to unpack positioning, competitors and brand opportunities in greater detail. This ensures every creative decision is backed by intention.
03. Creative Direction
I present two strategic Creative Direction moodboards based on our strategy. We refine and align before sign-off, locking in the direction that will guide the entire brand. This is about getting the vibe right before we design.
04. Logo Direction Presentation
Your logo direction is designed and presented with clear explanations behind the decisions, typography choices and overall concept. Two rounds of refinement are included here to perfect the chosen direction before approval.
05. Brand Identity Presentation
Once your logo is approved, everything else clicks. The colour palette, typography and supporting elements are built around it to create a cohesive system that feels intentional and complete. One round of refinement ensures it’s polished and fully aligned.
06. Revision Rounds
3 Rounds of Revision
We begin by aligning on your Creative Direction to ensure we’re heading in the right direction. From there, your Logo Direction includes two structured rounds of refinement, followed by one round of refinement for your full Brand Identity before final sign-off.
These structured checkpoints give us multiple opportunities to sync, refine and ensure your brand feels completely like you.
During the revision phase, we can refine elements such as:
Spacing, scale, colour and hierarchy
Typography and layout
07. Delivery
Once approved, your final brand files are packaged and delivered in a complete handover folder, ready for you to confidently show up everywhere.
This includes your full logo suite in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG formats, RGB, CMYK and HEX colour specifications, your final typography system, a comprehensive Brand Guidelines document, and an organised asset folder for seamless implementation across print and digital.
